Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Do you offer Military discounts?

Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you over 15% compared to monthly billing. You can select your billing preference directly when you Get Started. You can also find more information about billing plans and discounts on our Pricing page.
Can I “gift” a Forward subscription to my parents?
Yes. Visit Refer Your Family for more information on gifting a subscription to your parents at a 50% discount for 6 months.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Charges are prorated so you only pay for what you use.
Can I share access with my attorney?
Yes. You can invite your attorney, accountant, tax professional, and other advisors to access your account with read-only privileges to any data pertinent to their advisory role within your Family. They can view selected documents and assets without the ability to edit any of your personal data. Your advisors cannot view anything that you haven't expressly granted them access to.
Can I share access with my heirs?
Yes. You can assign your beneficiaries the level of access you deem appropriate. They can collaborate with you on your Estate with Edit access (common). They can also be given Full Control if and when desired, or be granted view-only access. The system is flexible to meet your needs, and permissions can be updated at any time.
Do my heirs have to have their own paid subscription to access my Family Circle and Estate information?
No. Once you invite them, by design your beneficiaries will have a free account under your paid subscription which allows them to access your information based on your established preferences. They may wish to create their own subscription for their own families as well, in which case you can refer them and get 50% off of your own subscription for 3 months via Refer a Family Discount.
Is my information secure?
Security is our top priority. We use bank-level, best-in-class software security models, including AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and in transit. We also enforce multi-factor authentication and undergo regular third-party SOC 2 Type II audits. You can read more about our security programs in our Trust Center.
Do you sell my data?
No — never. Your data belongs to you and only you. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal information with third parties, advertisers, or insurance providers.
